Setting Expectations


We all crave our favorite foods. Nevertheless, either consciously or unconsciously we feel the weight of our guilty pleasures. The question is: Do you know how much of anything you should be eating? How much steak, pasta, chicken, hamburgers?


That is the great problem. No one simply knows how much to eat. What we've been taught since childhood is eat till you're full. Well, you will learn how to eat well, with the perfect wine for your meal and reach your appropriate weight or maintain it.


I will be sharing with you a 1700 calorie nutritional plan. It will consist of Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats and the most delicious salads and vegetables you have ever not only tasted but prepared. I will post the amounts per serving or if it is unlimited (unlimited means that you can eat as much as you want without gaining weight). You will not only do good to yourself but also to your loved ones. Your knowledge will impact the wellbeing of everyone you touch. So, let's get started, let's learn about wine, cook great food and lose weight or keep it off. God bless everyone!


This delicious Pork Ragout, spectacular, now we make it heavenly. The addition of sauteed zucchini which happens to be an unlimited, a terrific salad (which we will publish in a future post) and a glass of this wonderful full bodied, black fruit, with tertiary flavors and aromas of chocolate, mushroom and leather from our collaborator VERRONE VITICOLTORI paired wonderfully.
