DESCRIPTION:

A lovely White grape that produces a wine with aromas of Rose, Passion Fruit and Lychees.

PAIRING:

The slight sweetness if this wine makes it a lovely pairing with spicy aromatic ingredients, spicy chicken curries, deviled eggs. Fruit and cheese are also a a lovely pairing.

ALSACE:

This wine region is located at the eastern central part of France bordering with Germany. The region produces very sophisticated white wines which tend to be on the sweeter side.

TASTING:

Gewurztraminer offers a real aromatic palette, full-bodied and generous develops aromas of exotic fruits, flowers or spices. It is the most often very round. It is perfect as an aperitif, with Asian cuisines and exotic cuisines as well as spicy cuisines, full-bodied cheeses and desserts
